Before sending us a promo or demo, please read the following instructions and conditions carefully:

1. Please send promo's and demo's in a digipack or a cardboard or plastic cover. Do not use jewel cases as they often are destroyed by mail services which can damage your cd.

2. Always add an infosheet with bio, discography, Benelux-distributor (if available) and your own contact details.

3. Do not send promo's or demo's directly to our editors and writers. We can't select tracks from these cd's for our Mind The Gap-cd's. You may however mention the name of the reviewer on the envelop and he/she will receive the cd/materials.

4. Because we receive loads of cd's every week, we deeply regret not being able to give details on the status of your submitted work. If a review is published, you will receive a notification and the full text.

5. We do are best to review as much as possible, but we don't have the space nor the time to review everything. The board of editors makes an independent choice which will not be discussed.
